You're so vain

At lunchtime today I spotted the most gorgeous top in the window at Sussan, so I just had to go try it on. I put it on and realised that there was one of those angled mirrors behind me, positioned so that you can see your back view. I noticed that the hem was caught in the waistband of my jeans, so I reached behind me to fix it.....and saw my traps flex as my shoulder moved. Wa-hey! I can never see my own back, so of course I had to take advantage of the opportunity.

I must have spent a good 5 minutes standing there in my jeans and bra, flexing and posing. Even with a little extra fat on board, you can actually distinctly see my lats and traps. Looks like the hard work is paying off.

Guess where I'll be spending my lunchtimes when I need a bit of a confidence boost?

Vain? Me?

Hey Kek,

Um, - those mirrors, - can't say I find them as exciting as you though LOL! But I too find myself standing in underwear assessing my body each occasion a fitting room has those mirrors. And they are a nice gauge of monitoring my current progress.

Great work on looking lean!

LOL LOL LOL!!!
Just catching up (again!!) on all your posts! Definitely liked this one, some mirrors are your bestestest friend in the whole wide world!! I, however, DO NOT LIKE Targets mirrors... They just are not flattering... or maybe I've just pudged up a bit!! ;)
Anywho, mirrors that are kind in seeing the musckles will always be a winner. Usually the person (femaale) is so happy that the outfit will just HAVE to be bought!! win-win!

Ah, you got me pegged, Selina - of course I had to buy the top...and a noice hot pink cardie. Then I left the shop very quickly, before I could spot anything else I liked.

I'll have to shop in Sussan. Myer mirrors aren't nearly as good. I looked for my traps and lats today but couldn't find 'em!!!!
