Oh, my aching butt!
Looks like the lighter but super-strict squats yesterday did the trick - today I have the sorest backside I've had in a long time. The shoulder workout was obviously a good 'un too - my delts are only sore if I poke 'em, but my traps are killing me every time I move! Yikes!
