When all else fails...

Still no answer at Netspace (yes, I'm naming them now...) so I've just lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. I shall call them later, when their office hours begin, to see if I can get some urgent action happening.

I feel a little better now. I'd feel a lot better if I could only get access to the 700 or so emails that I just KNOW are waiting for me in cyberspace somewhere.

I'm on my second coffee. Perhaps that will help?

Oh no, i hope you get it worked out soon. I am lost when my internet connections plays up...I can get thru on the customer service line but cannot always understand the advice or explanations I am given
