Workout done!

Well, I did my full upper body workout this morning. EEK! 25 pushups to begin with? I knew that was going to be a challenge with shoulders straight after.... but when I grabbed the 7kg dbs I normally use, I was mortified to have to go swap them for the 6kg ones. And even then I failed halfway through my 3rd set. Sheesh.

I have to confess that I wimped out on tricep pushups (hate, hate, HATE them!) and did dips instead. Maybe I'll face up to those next week.

It's been a long time since I did back and biceps in the same workout and my arms were really pumped by the time I finished my supersets of DB/hammer curls. I had scary bodybuilder veins sticking out all over. Teehee. Love it!

It's 8:00am and I should be on my way to work.....but I'm still sitting here in my workout clothes. *sigh* Looks like I'll be late again. Better move my butt.
