Because I'm that kind of gal

On the subject of cheesecakes, I just found a great recipe site, Eggs on Sunday. And what led me there was this divine (and cute) recipe for little lemony ricotta cheesecakes.

Just thought I'd share.

Now I'm going back to browsing. And drooling.

Hi Kek, thanks for that recipe! I noticed on Lindy's site you said you have 12g of fish oil a day. I do too (but in liquid form at the moment rather than caps). Just wondering if you include it in your CalKing calcs? (I have been).

Thanks for your reply. Was wondering how you managed to keep to 20% fat AND get 12g fish oils in. I find it doesn't leave a lot of room for other fats after the fish oils. Sorry, didn't mean to throw a spanner in the works, just curious! Maybe check with Liz, there might not be any point changing your counting methods this close.
