Quickie

Thanks for all your well-wishes - they're much appreciated.

Today went well - I felt pretty good onstage, once I got over the initial nerves, and I had fun with it. My posing still needs a little work, but I feel more confident now about tomorrow. I did bring home a trophy - third place....but there were only three of us in Masters over 40. Still, it's a trophy. :o)

I actually got Coach's permission to pay a visit to Koko Black and had a couple of little treats, with some more in the pantry for tomorrow. :p

Will post photos as soon as I can, but that may be Monday. Tonight I have to get my tired self into bed, and tomorrow night I plan to be out celebrating!

Congratulations - well done. Know that you are in the small percentage of people that put in the hard work and sacrifice and actually get up there on that stage. Everyone is a winner who stands on the stage. You deserve every single little inch of your trophy - don't talk it down- talk it up to what it means. No one else was committed enough to step up on the stage - go girl - I can't wait for the photos and I can't believe you are doing another comp today.
