Another reason to be happy
It's hardly stopped raining since Tuesday. :o)
Unless you've lived through years of drought, and with NO rain at all for the past three months, you can have no idea what this feels like. Sure, it's messing with my training plans, but there's always the spin bike, my DVDs or the gym.
I'm not complaining.

It rained the other day for a little while...first time in over 80 days!
I agree with Bev, it was fantastic to see the little rain we got, but we need more in Adelaide :(

I was complaining about the run ruining my exercise plans the other day then later they said on the radio that it meant the bushfire areas were out of danger - made me realise there are more important things than my stupid plans!
Wow, that's what we had for 3 weeks straight up here. I didn't see the sun till Bali, then I took the rain with me there!
I hope it's raining in the areas where they need it most :)
I'm wing more rain your way Kerryn. We have had the opposite up here. Rain or showers every day for almost 2 months. My yard has only just dried up enough to be able to walk without shoes. The water is still running down the gutter from the hill behind our house. Just in time for Trpoical Cyclon Hamish to make his way down the coast.
i wish all my Southern friends plenty of water to fill your catchments and rid you of water restrictions.
