I see light at the end of the (snot) tunnel

Health-wise, things are looking up. I'm a long way from 100%, but well enough to get back into training this morning.

In fact, I stirred in the darkness, half-woke, turned over and snuggled back down into my pillow, relishing the thought of a bit more sleep before the alarm went off at 5:30. Then I got curious and opened one eye to see this:


Looks like my body clock has reset itself to normal.

I powered through my leg workout, then did an easy 20 minutes incline walking before heading home for a bowl full of hot oats and whey.

Got some decent DOMS making itself known already. Should be fun tomorrow!

Getting up at 5.30am should be banned. I'm sick to death of it.

Ah, Deb, it'll be easier in summer. :o) Just suck it up.
