Ingredients for a perfect Sunday morning

1. Sleep till almost 9:00am.

2. Spend 35 minutes on the spin bike with Coach Troy.

3. Breakfast of French toast with blueberries, yoghurt and agave syrup, served with coffee in my favourite cup and a side order of endorphins.

apart from..ew.. is that 'fat free' yogurt?

Uh-huh. You'd never guess from the thickness though... although maybe it's a little less creamy then regular.
