Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale...

I bought a coconut the other day, thinking that fresh coconut meat or home-made coconut cream would be fantastic ingredients to use in some new recipes I have in the works. I had a heap of online resources handy with photos, videos and instructions on how to open a coconut, the best way to extract the meat and how to turn it into coconut cream or milk.

All I can say is: I have new respect for Maryanne and Ginger. With the number of coconut cream pies those girls made on that island, they must have slaved all day every day just to collect the damn coconut meat. Or maybe the Professor invented a special tool for them...
