It turns out that I am much, much less flexible than I imagined. In fact, if there was a worldwide competition for the title of least flexible human, I bet I'd win, hands-down.
Chaturanga? Yep, I can manage that, more or less. But Cobra...? Uh ...I feel as though someone spread superglue all over the floor and I'm stuck there. With modified hand placement, I can get my chest about 1cm off the mat. Impressive, no?
So I totally suck at yoga. Big deal. The only way I'm going to get better is to do as the image suggests and Just. Do. It. Improvement is imminent.
What's your exercise nemesis? Do you avoid it like mad, or are you consciously working to improve?
