My plan for today was to feel a billion times better, be up before the sun for my first workout in a week, and head off to work early to beat the worst of the Monday traffic.
Yeah, well, reality bites. I had the worst night's sleep ever; I feel crapper (that is so a word!) than yesterday - and I've developed an annoying cough now as a bonus. So no early start, no workout and ....oh, look: it's 7:45 and I'm still in my pyjamas.
It's probably best if you come back tomorrow; I'm not fit to be around today.
